Who We Are
Fishtown Creative was founded by Steven Farrell. Steven has been creating videos ever since his Dad made the mistake of letting him borrow one of his companies Sony Hi-8 Video Camcorders in the 5th grade. He fell in love with storytelling after seeing movies like The Goonies, The Mask, The Neverending Story, and anything made by Monty Python.
Steven spent 10 years in Los Angeles working in various roles across the TV and Film industry. From assistant editor to assistant director, he’s done a little bit of everything video related. He’s worked on big marketing campaigns for movies like The Hunger Games: Catching Fire and produced independent films you’ve scrolled past and will never watch on Netflix and Amazon Prime. He moved to Philadelphia in 2019 to raise his son Ash and is slowly learning how to say “water” the way the locals do.
From creating content in widescreen at Walt Disney World in the early 2000’s to the smart phone vertical content revolution…We enjoy making FUN and ENGAGING content where companies’ stories shine and people’s personalities thrive.
